First Noted Diary September 16 - I think I ate too much?

1 warm glass water w/ lemon juice
3tbs of flax oil & 1 tbs of apple cider vinegar
Protein shake with raspberries and blueberries

Salad with lettuce, celery, tuna, tomato, capsicum

Handful of almonds, dried cranberries and dates

Salad with lettuce, celery, carrot, asparagus
Small piece of poached chicken

Fun size time out :oops:

Liquids - 2 litres of water, half a glass of organic red wine (no preservatives)

Did I eat too much?

I don't think you've eaten too much Zoeh it looks fine to me.

Not many carbs though, so if you're intent is a low carb diet then you're on track. :D

It depends on portion sizes I guess... if you ate your own body weight in salad that would be bad :lol:
But that looks fine to me. If I ate that in a day I would be very pleased with myself. It looks like you have a good range of different vitamins in those foods too. You are going well.
