Breakfast - shredded wheat, kiwifruit, skinny milk
Morning Tea - apple
Lunch - 2 x ham and salad mountain bread wraps
Dinner (night off) - home made hamburger patty on crusty bread with 'the lot' minus bacon, fat chips, 2 glasses of white wine.
Dessert - 3 raffaellos and standard size triple choc mars bar (haven't had a chocolate bar for about a month so was very sweety)

Breakfast - weetbix, skinny milk
Lunch - 2 x crabmeat and salad mountain bread wraps
Afternoon Snack - 4 sesame vita-weat with l/f cottage cheese and cucumber
Dinner - smoked salmon salad
Dessert - rockmelon and l/f yoghurt
Kim - To thine own self be true
Maintainence since 04/11/06
Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs

Mmm, those triple choc ones are nice :D

Breakfast - muesli
Lunch - salmon and salad thing as Hogsbreath
Dinner - 2 tacos
Drinks - a warm milk and about 10 cups of tea

Dinner - chicken and baked vegies
Drinks - once again about 10 cups of tea
