2 baked bean jaffles
an apple
glass of apple juice and water (half half)
two glasses of plan water

dinner is most likely to be chicken cacarijjwbfvijbfib some word i cant spell lol

Breakfast: muesli flakes, lsa, skinny milk

Snack: orange, spicy four bean mix with l/f nat yoghurt, 1 arrowroot biscuit

Lunch: crabmeat and salad sandwich

Snack: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: small serve salmon risotto, 1 slice of bread

Snack: 1 cup of rockmelon cubes

Breakfast: 2 crumpets (argh! my milk was off, so I couldn't have my muesli!)
Lunch: ham, cheese and tomato sandwich
Snack: chocolate milk (whoops!)
Dinner: 2 packets of steam fresh vegies
Snack: peaches and pears
