Breakfast - nothing
Lunch - spag bol, piece of garlic toast
Supper - peanut butter and raspberry jam sandwich, banana
Snack - Reese peanut butter cup
Water - 9 bottles

I never eat brekkie and I usually eat heaps of veg, I just slacked on them today! Tomorrow for sure!!!

You HAVE to start eating breakfast! I never used to either, but it is essential if you want to lose weight and become healthy.

Thursday 15 October, 2009

Breakfast - banana (6am)
Lunch - turkey on whole wheat sandwich, bowl of corn chowder (1pm)
Supper - Macintosh apple (10am)
Snack -
Water - 4 bottles so far
Exercise -

So far not too bad! Heaps of day left though, as is only 2pm.

Oooh good to know...I cannot edit my last post. Okay! So adding to it....

Supper - 2 pieces of homemade pizza (pineapple and onion) (8pm)
Snack - 2 handfuls baby carrots (10pm)
Water - 8 bottles in total
Exercise - not much!

I find it strange we can't edit them :? :? especially since I'm a member of another forum & they use the same "phpBB" format - you can delete and edit your posts but not on this one... just takes getting use to I guess and double checking before submitting posts.

Yeah it's v v weird, ay. I am on my way to my sister's this morning to help her make popcorn balls and sandwiches (his choice of meal when given carte blanche) for my nephew's birthday party tomorrow. I am sick as! But luckily not feeling hungry. Woohoo!

I have been sick as, so I've forgotten about keeping track. I've not eaten heaps lately though, being so sick and all. I'm on my way to write a midterm examination in my Social Work 200 class but I will get on tonight to update proper.

Supper - 1/2 order penne pomodoro, twisty bread (shared with nephew)
Snack - handful chicken balls (sick! WHY?)

I too did the same thing the kids and i were sick so i was just too busy looking after sick winging kids and myself to do it. oh excuses.....

Hope you went well on your midterm and had fun on your conference.
