Jasminena's Daily Food Diary

Postby Jasminena » Sat Oct 17, 2009 1:20 am

I have opened up a spreadsheet and started a very comprehensive Food diary
Hmmmm maybe I am eating too much.....

Today i had;

Breakfast around 600ml's Masters Ice Coffee
Breakfast 1x piece Wholmeal Toast with 1tsp Nuttelex marg + 1/2 tsp Vegemite
Lunch 2X Small White rolls with 100g roast chicken and Nuttelex marg
Lunch 800mls Filtered Water
Snack 1x Mugacino with Skim Milk & 2x white sugar
Snack 2x Donut Sugar'd Holes (damb kids! LOL)
Alcohol 1x Tooheys Extra Dry Platinum - 345ml
Alcohol 1x Tooheys Extra Dry Platinum - 345ml
Dinner 1x Large Value Meal from McDonalds Chrispy Chicken With Bacon, Frys & a Coke
1ltr Filtered Water

Counted the calories and it was  2918 that is   1028 over my target calorie intake of 1890.

Granted I did have a McDonald's meal instead of cooking for my family tonight & We celebrated my hubbies new job with a few beers - What can I say it has been a lazy day!!!! & what is life if you can't indulge once in a while? :?: :!: :?: :!: :?: :!:

Yes I did get photo's, can't do anything till I get a better net connection. will post pics in the coming months....

All washed down with only about 30 mins of exercise dancing with my daughter & son in our lounge. It's no wonder I'm ummmmm.... big boned..... hahaha

On to another 6 days of keeping track of everything so i know what I normally eat before I make any changes....

I had:

Breakfast Around 600ml's Masters Ice Coffee
H2o 800mls Filtered Water
Coffee 1x Home Made Mugacino With Skim Milk & 2x Raw Sugar
Coffee 1x Home Made Mugacino With Skim Milk & 2x Raw Sugar
Dinner 1/4 Grilled Chicken Breast, BBQ Mushroom's & Onions, 100g Garden Salad With 97% Fat Fee Kraft Mayonnaise
Dinner 2x BBQ Chicken Kebabs - Honey & Soy
Alcohol 1x Tooheys Extra Dry Platinum - 345ml
Alcohol 1x Tooheys Extra Dry Platinum - 345ml
H2o 1ltr Filtered Water

Today was a lot better I didn't have ANY take away. I hardly ever eat breakfast or lunch for that matter and I have a BIG dinner, I also have a VERY soft spot for coffee & Masters Ice Coffee
Didn't exercise today it was a sudden hot day today like 37.... hmmmmm - still it's no excuse.

Worked out my intake and it was 1905 Which is a lot better then yesterday.... only 15 over my target max of calories .....

I think i will have to learn to space my meals (portions) out and not drink so much coffee. :? the Beer is just coz we had left overs from yesterday. I usually don't drink very often at all! :D
