Breakfast - muesli
Lunch - ham, cheese and lettuce sandwich
Dinner - woolies pasta meal thingy
Drinks - mug of warm milk, several cups of tea, about 3L water

Breakfast: 1 slice multigrain with peanut butter, weetbix, skinny milk

Snack: apple, spicy four bean mix with l/f nat yoghurt

Lunch: l/f cheese and salad sandwich

Snack: dried fruit and nuts, 2 x vita-weat

Dinner: small serve salmon risotto and steamed veges

Dessert: cup of rockmelon and l/f fruit yoghurt

Breakfast: 2 cups tea w/skim

Lunch: chicken & salad roll (white roll) 600ml coke zero

Dinner: pasta bake, 1/2 kit kat & lrg glass coke zero :oops:

I think it is good, OH thinks it tastes flat, but he is a big sugar person ;)
I believe it's way better then diet coke :)
