Homemade creamed rice, peaches, 2 tbl sultanas

Lunch
Stuffed baked potatoes, mixed vegies, maybe fish

Dinner
Minestrone/vegetable soup and bread roll

Snacks
Fruit

Breakfast
Cereal (Sustain and Weightwatchers bird food) with skim milk

Lunch
Vegie, lentil soup + 1 chicken wing

Dinner
1 Pork chop and spinach and tomatoes

Yesterday I wore some old pants with dress size 2 size down. I thought it would encourage me to eat less. Then after lunch, I was busy at work. I felt dizzy and sick. Then I remembered that I was choking myself with tight pants. Then sick for a few hours. Silly me...

Crikey FatGarfield don't cut off your circulation!

Breakfast: oats, skinny milk with 1 slice pumpkin bread and diet jam

Snack: kiwifruit, spicy four bean mix with l/f nat yoghurt

Lunch: chicken and salad sandwich

Snack: vita-weat with cucumber

Dinner: mince, bean, vege hotpot and 1 slice of bread
