coffee no sugar low fat mik
750mls water
weetbix x2 with low fat milk
hot cocoa (pure cocoa powder) no sugar low fat milk x2
750mls water
1 litre fruit juice made with ice, water, 1/2 banana, 1/2 apple, handful of grapes blended
54kgs, goal 50kgs

Get yourself to http://www.calorieking.com.au now! You are not doing yourself any favours by not eating much, trust me.

Haha! Might be an idea to label your meals, ie. Breakfast, Morning Tea, etc...saves confusion, lol!

Don't forget your vegies either. :D

snack - nutella on toast x1
dinner - salad beetroot tuna
snack - nutella on toast x1

went over to calorie king it's great thanks for the info :)
