Today is day 1 and I am using Celebrity Slim. I've never done a meal replacement diet before, so this is all new to me. I am about to have my first shake. God I hope they taste okay! I'm a bit confused still about what snacks I'm allowed and the size of them, but since I'm exercising daily I'm just going to be sensible and have fruit for snacks and a big salad or veggies + protein for dinner. Tonight for dinner I'm planning an open lasagne with spinach, eggplant, grilled chicken, pesto, tasty cheese and a couple of lasagne sheets.
So here we go! Day 1 here I come
