I dont FEEL like a size 24. I dont FEEL like I am 110-120kg. I dont feel like the person I see in the mirror. And now its time to remove the layers to get down to the person who I truly am!

Today is day 1 and I am using Celebrity Slim. I've never done a meal replacement diet before, so this is all new to me. I am about to have my first shake. God I hope they taste okay! I'm a bit confused still about what snacks I'm allowed and the size of them, but since I'm exercising daily I'm just going to be sensible and have fruit for snacks and a big salad or veggies + protein for dinner. Tonight for dinner I'm planning an open lasagne with spinach, eggplant, grilled chicken, pesto, tasty cheese and a couple of lasagne sheets.

So here we go! Day 1 here I come :)

You took those words from my mouth.. i have said so many times that i am just a fat skinny girl! Its strange to hear somebody else with th same kidn of thoughts

Im only new on here aswell and already i have found this site to be really helpful and motivational, i hope you do aswell...
