Keeping this will hopefully stop me from eating the wrong things :D

Breakfast: 2 weetbix lite milk 1/2 tspoon organic sugar(slowly cutting this back couldnt stand eating them without tonnes of sugar)
2 slices multigrain toast peanut butter
coffee with lite milk 1/2 tspoon organic sugar)

Snack: orange pkt lites mini cookies

Lunch: Lite ham salad sandwich on multigrain (lettuce tomato beetroot cucumber kraft free cheese slice carrot capsicum)
coffee as above
banana

Snack
10 almonds & delites sour cream and chives crackers(about 15)

Dinner: 200g pork chop no fat cooked on bbq
salad with balsamic fat free dressing

2.5 litres water for the day according to calorie king this is 1520 cals my limit is 1850 for the day

Sunday


Breakfast: 2 eyes bacon no fat 1 egg cooked in pan with no oils,on multigrain roll no marg 1 tspoon bbq sauce
coffee lite milk 1/2 tspoon sugar

Snack: nescafe cappucino sachet skim milk type 1 nice biscuit.

lunch: 1 slice 98% ff chicken breast thin 2 tabspoons pasta salad (coles) on 2 slices multigrain bread no marg 1 banana

Snack: 4 vita weets 3 with vegemite no marg and 1 with kraft free single cheese (dont like yoghurts so try to get a bit of calcium in. 1 tabsppon sultanas

Dinner: 200 g chicken breast bbq'd with sweet chilli sauce 1 cup mixed salad 1 can coke zero
2.5 litres water CK says this is 1346 cals out of my 1850
It looks like there is so much food already on my list and im not feeling hungry i dont think i could eat all the food to make it up to 1850 cals
