Breakfast: shredded wheat, strawberries, skinny milk
Morning Tea (this happens once a fortnight): 2 mini sausage rolls, 1 mini dim sim, fresh fruit with caramel dipping sauce, small handful of vege chips.
Lunch: kiwifruit, l/f cheese and salad sandwich
Snack: vita-weat with cucumber slices
Dinner: tofu, vege, bean hotpot with l/f nat yoghurt (I use the term hotpot for just about any stew type mix that I have no other name for!
