Breakfast: 2 slices of soy and linseed bread. 1 almond finger

Lunch: 1 pork chop & a lot of spinach with fresh tomatoes

Snack: 1 small pear

Dinner: 1 pork chop, lentil soup and 1 lemon.

Snack: 1 Fuji apple

Breakfast: shredded wheat, strawberries, skinny milk

Morning Tea (this happens once a fortnight): 2 mini sausage rolls, 1 mini dim sim, fresh fruit with caramel dipping sauce, small handful of vege chips.

Lunch: kiwifruit, l/f cheese and salad sandwich

Snack: vita-weat with cucumber slices

Dinner: tofu, vege, bean hotpot with l/f nat yoghurt (I use the term hotpot for just about any stew type mix that I have no other name for! :lol: )

Lunch: ham cheese and lettuce sandwich
Dinner: creamy bacon pasta thingy (not very much though)
Later: probably some fruit

Going out for sis's Bday, so I think it will be spaghetti bolognese
