Breakfast: 2 slices of soy and linseed toast with butter
Morning tea: 1/2 slice of chocolate birthday cake - got food poisoning from that...
Lunch: 1 pork chop and heaps of spinach
Dinner: Lentil soup
Snack: 1 apple

Breakfast: all bran, lsa, skinny milk

Snack: pear, strawberries, diet strawberry yoghurt

Lunch: chicken and salad sandwich

Snack: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: pork medallion, small serve of pasta, veges

Dessert: didn't have diet mousse had one snake instead

Breakfast: muesli
Lunch: ham, cheese and lettuce sandwich
Snack: 2/3 of a crumpet (I got the hiccups really bad half way through and couldn't eat the rest)
Dinner: lasagne, chips and salad (oh yeah baby, staying at my boyfriend's place and you can definitely tell) :D

1/2 cup baked beans
1 slice multigrain toast
1 coffee

1 pear
1 chai tea

lean cuisine satay noodles
1 chai tea

3 gingernut biscuits

Crumbed chicken (home crumbed with cornflakes)
1 serve potato
frozen veges

1 serve passionfruit light and creamy frozen yoghurt
3/4 can bourbon and dry (brother arrived from Brissie :wink: )

Water: 2.5L

oh those crumbed with cornflakes chicken are so yummy and crunchy!!!
