breakfast: a pear
Lunch: grilled cheese and tomato (2 slices bread)
snack: 8 rits low fat crackers
dinner: will be beef casserole and rice

drinks: so far about a litre of half half water and cranberry juice
SW:91kg
CW:75kg
GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

Next mini goal:73kg

so far:
A yummy salad: greens, cucumber, avacado, sundried tomatoes, olives, sunflower sprouts.
a soy chai.

Breakfast: muesli (as always)
Lunch: salad and a salad sandwich (white bread :shock: )
Snack: yoghurt
Dinner: stir fry
Snack: turkish delight ice cream (only about 3 spoonfulls)

Breakfast: muesli flakes and nutri grain mix, skinny milk

Lunch: pear and l/f yoghurt with a small serve of pasta salad

Snack: peanut crackers

Dinner (night off): chicken and mushroom pasta with crusty bread and parmesan cheese, small glass of wine

Dessert (night off): brandy baskets filled with fresh fruit, chocolate and sponge cake, topped with whipped cream and drizzled with chocolate topping.
