Soy and Linseed Bran, yoghurt, rasberries, sultanas

2 chicken kebabs, salad, potato salad

Snack- Apple

either fettucine carbonara or veggie soup... undecided just yet

Breakfast: nutri-grain , skinny milk

Snack: apple and some grapes

Lunch: l/f cottage cheese, kidney beans and ham wrapped in mountain bread x2

Snack: vita-weat, vegemite and cucumber

Dinner: lamb cutlets and veges

Dessert: sticky date diet pudd

1 serve special K with honey and almond
1/4 cup l/f milk
2 coffees

1 extreme choc drink (jarrah)

1 ham, cheese and salad sandwich
1 chai tea

1 pear

ham and eggs on toast (knackered after weekend!!)

1 cup diet yoghurt
1 serve tinned fruit

Nearly fainted twice this morning, so I took it as a sign to relax the diet for a while.
Breakfast: muesli
Lunch: pie (mmm)
Dinner: chicken something-or-other at hogsbreath (so you know it was huge :D)

I will write the day after so I know what I have eaten the day before.

Breakfast: 250g Fish and Lentil soup

Lunch: 1 packet of instant noodle - naughty

Dinner: 250g Fish and Lentil soup

Snack: 50g Apple Pie for taste + 200ml Homemade Orange and Grapefruit juice

I just got a lot of constructive comments from the great people in this website. I better stay away from rubbish like instant noodles. I will stay away from my desert taste test eg Apple Pie, otherwise I have to confess to you all. FatGarfield does not want to be fat...
