Breakfast-
Large bowl soy and linseed bran, skim and sultanas

Lunch-
Chilli Con Carne & rice
Some yummy jelly snakes (thanks for that recipe! :P )

Snacks- 2 apples

Dinner-
Homemade pita pizza

Drinks-
2.5 ltrs water
1 diet hot choc
1 caffiene free pepsi max

Breakfast: weetbix, lsa, skinny milk

Snack: apple, spicy four bean mix with l/f nat yoghurt

Lunch: ham and salad sandwich

Snack: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: Chicken, small serve pasta, veges

Dessert: l/f ice cream with spoonful of diet jam on top

Breakfast: Cereal Sustain and Weight-watchers Fruit and Nut
Snack: 1 small mandarin
Lunch: 1 pork chop and a lot of steamed green beans
Dinner: Steamed breast chicken, 1/2 tomato and 2 slices of toast

Drank 3 litres of water, 400ml home-made orange juice and grapefruit juice.

Lunch: ham & salad wrap
Dinner: chicken pie (mmm)

I switched to low fat milk today. It's not too putrid :D

Brekkie:
special K with honey and almond
1/4 cup l/f milk
2 coffees

Lunch:
Tandoori chicken yoghurt and salad roll
1 sparkling water

Snack:
4 prunes and 1 fresh date
1 chai tea

Dinner:
Pork and pasta bake
broccoli, carrots

Snack:
1 cup pie apples
1 cup diet yoghurt

Water:
2.5L
