So far...
Breakfast: muesli
Lunch: pepperoni, cheese, tomato and lettuce sandwich
Snack: diced peaches and pears
Dinner: to be decided - haven't been shopping in ages, so it's either a chicken pie, one of those pasta side dish things or a cup-o-soup. Decisions, decisions...

Hehe I would go with the pasta side dish thingy but you've probably already eaten by now.

Kate hon don't stress you will do fine I am sure, you are doing so very well and no matter what happens just keep on keeping on. I can tell by your attitude you are gonna make it no matter what. :D

Breakfast: 2 soy linseed toast with butter
Snack: 1 small apple
Lunch: 1 drumstick (no skin) + beans, yes, beans again, I am experimenting not to eat rice for a while. Still alive but quite difficult...
Dinner: Steamed breast chicken sandwich (soy linseed bread).

Drank 3.5 litres of water, 0.5 litre of tea, 1 glass of skim milk.
