Snack: orange, spicy bean mix with l/f nat yoghurt
Lunch: chicken and salad sandwich
Snack: dried fruit and nuts
Dinner: ww vege lasagne with a side salad
Dessert: banana bar
Extra just before bed: 1 chocolate lamington finger
