Kate there is the Royal Melbourne Show on at the moment so bertie beetles are all over the place...just not at my place.
Actually that's probably a good thing.
Breakfast: 2 x wholemeal crumpets, 1 with 1tsp golden syrup, 1 with vegemite, skinny milk
Snack: pear, spicy bean mix with l/f nat yoghurt
Lunch: tuna and salad sandwich
Snack: dried fruit and nuts
Dinner: egg white omelette with ham, tomato and l/f cheese with a drizzle of tomato sauce
Dessert: l/f ice cream with diet jam as topping.
