1 bowl special k, skim & sultanas
2 pieces brown rye bread & light philly cheese

Im thinking maybe just some pasta and cheese... cant be bothered cooking today!

Steamed chicken breast and vegies.

Breakfast: Bertie Beetle...nah just kidding
muesli flakes, lsa, skinny milk

Snack: apple, strawberries and diet strawberry yoghurt

Lunch: ham, l/f cheese and salad sandwich

Snack: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: oven baked fish and salad wraps with l/f ranch dressing (I figure this is my idea of a filet o fish!)

Dessert: diet mousse

1/4 cup l/f milk
1 coffee

1 chai tea
2 small homemade cornflake cookies

1 curried pork pie (leftover from dinner)
1 coffee

2 chai teas

Lite Beef Lasagne
1 serve potato wedges
Broccoli and Carrots
1 glass Apple and Raspberry cordial (not diet)

4 mint slice biscuits
1 strawberry tim tam (they are supporting breast cancer)
1 caramel latte chai tea

Breakfast: 2 slices of soy and linseed bread with butter
Snack: 1 small mandarin
Lunch: 1/4 slice of salmon with a lot of beans
Snack: 1 small mandarin
Dinner: Asian stir-fry in noodle shop. <== Naughty...
Snack: Very hungry at 9pm. Had 1 apple and some water

Drank 1 cuppacino, 4 litres of water, 0.5 litre jasmine green tea.

My weight is 51.1 kilo this morning. More weight loss. Very happy...

Typing mistake

It should be 53.1 instead of 51.1. Type it wrong but it is correct that it is another weight loss... So I am very excited...

Maybe FatGarfield does not need to be FAT soon....

Also although I ate a fair bit of Asian stir-fry at dinner, when it was time to go to bed, my stomach was so empty. I had to have an apple. On previous nights, when I ate steamed chicken soy-linseed bread sandwich, my stomach did not feel empty before going to bed. I think I am getting used to having food that have a lot of grains or fibre. I have so much beans that I think I will need to have brocolli and peas as variety before I turn into beans myself...
