So Saturday food. My night off turned into most of the day off!

Breakfast: oat meal, skinny milk, slice of toast with small amount of peanut butter

Snack: kiwi fruit

Rest of the day: Cold meats and salad on slices of fresh cut french stick. Assorted Cheese, dried fruit, fresh fruit and crackers. A chocolate cornetto. 1/2 a bottle of champagne.

I didn't actually eat very much but it was all high cal food and a lot more fat than I am used to on a daily basis. Yummy and I didn't stuff myself like I once would have on this type of easy to eat food.

Lol yes thanks Kate the game went well and we finished it. We have actually done that one before years ago but only bits and pieces came back to us. Have loaded up the second one and can't get the darn thing to work. Since it's a puzzle game I am wondering if the first puzzle is how to get the game to even play!!

I still have peanut butter once a week or fortnight as I used to get it about that often on the lite n easy plan so I figure I can still have it in moderation. Mind you I have a pretty small serve a real thin layer. I used to eat it layered on thick WITH marg or butter....and not just one slice either. Crikey, thats a lot of fat to have just as a snack!
