Steamed veg... and chicken or gish :)

Lunch: big salad

Snack: vita weat with l/f cottage cheese and sliced tomato

Dinner: baked pork and veges

Brekkie:
2 slices w/m toast with vegemite
1 coffee

Snack:
1 pear
1 chai tea

Lunch:
1 ham, avocado and salad roll

Snack:
1 orange
2 tbs changs fried noodles

Dinner:
Crumbed Chicken thigh (no fat)home crumbed
1 serve whole steamed potato, 1/2 corn cob
broccoli, pumpkin

Dessert:
1 slice Kaz's Key Lime Pie

Water: 2.5L

Breakfast: 2 slices of soy linseed toast, 1 egg and 1/4 cup of coffee
Lunch: 1/2 slice of salmon + Beans
Dinner: 1/2 slice of salmon + 1 slice of soy linseed toast.

Snack: 2 small mandarins

Drank 3 litres of water + 0.5 litre of green tea.
