Public holiday on mon in NSW. So noodle time...
Breakfast: 1 soy-linseed toast
Lunch: Beef, chicken and crispy egg noodles in noodle shop
Snack: 1 apple, 1 mandarin
Dinner: 150g salmon, a lot of beans. Then I was too hungry, could not sleep and ate a bit of cereal (sustain + lite milk)
Drank 3 litres of water, 1 litre of green tea, 1/4 cup of coffee with sugar.
A lot of intense financial discussions in the last 3 days to try to work out if I should up-size my living arrangement and get into 10 years of painful financial burden to achieve that. Also the new place will need a lot of money and work to repair. Nervous.
