large bowl Kellogs Guardian, skim, sultanas
I jarra chocolatte & skim

Lunch-
Salad sandwich
Apple

Dinner-
Steamed vegies and Bassa
2ltrs water

Thank god the need to munch munch munch has finally dissappeared.... Im starting to feel like me again, not like I have just run a marathon and need to EAT :lol: xx

Breakfast: weetbix, skinny milk, fruit yoghurt

Snack: nat yoghurt, spicy four bean mix

Lunch: ham and salad sandwich, orange

Snack: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: chicken, veges, small serve pasta

1/2 cup l/f milk
1 tsp sugar
1 coffee

Snack:
2 chai teas

Lunch:
Ham, avo and salad sanga with l/f mayo

Snack:
1 pear
6 dried dates
4 Vita Wheats with 100% spreadable fruit

Dinner:
Roast chicken
steamed potato
pumkin, cauliflower and broccoli

Snack:
1 orange
1/2 cup l/f natural yoghurt

Water: 3L

Breakfast: Cereal (Sustain + Weightwatchers Fruit and Nut) + Lite White Milk
Snack: 1 small mandarin
Lunch: 120g salmon + a lot of green beans
Snack: 1 small pear
Dinner: 1 egg + 2 soy-linseed toasts

Drank 3 litres water.
