Breakfast: muesli, skinny milk, toast with diet jam

Snack: apple, spicy four bean mix with nat yoghurt

Lunch: chicken and salad sandwich

Snack: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: chicken and vege pasta

Snack: l/f yoghurt

Brekkie:
2 pieces w/m toast with vege and 100% fruit jam (not together mind...my lovely daughter made me brekkie in bed, cause I am sick!)
1 coffee

Snack:
1 chai tea
1 apple

Lunch:
1 ham and tomato sanga with tomato chutney
1 coffee

Dinner:
Chicken and vegetable satay with rice

Snack:
1/2 cup natural yoghurt

bit light on with the fruit today. not feeling real crash hot and was flat out getting through main meals let alone snacks today.

Water: 2.5L

Breakfast: Nutri-grain & sustain cereal with lite-white milk
Lunch: 220g salmon & a lot of green beans
Snack: 1 pear
Dinner: Beef, chicken and crispy egg noodles in Noodle shop.

Drank 4.5 litres of water

2 slices toast with vegemite

11.00 coffees

12.15 yoghurt

12.50 minestrone soup
2 slices bread

2.00 soho’s

3.30 fruit salad

7.30 prawn toast

9.30 pm steak and pasta

10.20 40 min walk on treadmill

8 glasses + water
