Soy and Linseed Bran, sultanas, skim

Lunch-
Leftover Macaroni Beef (anette sym recipe)

Dinner-
Not sure yet..... maybe chicken and vegies

Snacks-
fruit

3 ltr water, 1 caffiene free diet coke

Bfast: 3 toast with tom, onion and lettuce (weird but so yum)

Lunch: 2 ham and salad rolls, apple

Dinner: (will be) chicken breast salad

Fluid: 2.5 ltrs + of water

Breakfast: 1 weetbix, 1 shredded wheat, skinny milk, kiwifruit

Snack: apple, crackers and dip

Lunch: chicken and salad sandwich

Snack: l/f cottage cheese, cucumber on vita weat

Dinner: egg white omelette with small serve of pasta

Snack: l/f yoghurt maybe

Big Dinner

Breakfast: 2 slices of soy-linseed toast with little bit of butter
Lunch: 150g salmon & a lot of green beans
Dinner: Sliced lamb, iron man noodles + 1 egg + 1 soy-linseed bread...

Had 1/4 small apple pie

Drank 4 litres of water

Turkey and salad sandwich
No butter No mayo
Turkey
Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, beetroot and carrot
1 skim milk coffee

Dinner
Cold meat, salad and rice
1 slice chicken
1 slice turkey
1 slice pork
Tomato, lettuce, cucumber, cabbage, carrot and beetroot.
Asian rice and cheese

Snack
Skim milk coffee

DAY OFF THURSDAY

Brekkie:
2 pieces of toast with vegemite
2 coffees

Snack:
1 small piece of madeira cake
2 chai teas

Lunch:
Zip, nothing, nada
oh except for coffee

Snack;
same as lunch

Dinner:
Hungry Jacks (Crap that stuff is feral, we were supposed to have Crannies so I had a break from cooking and my daughter had a friend over who didn't eat it, so we ended up there BLAHHHHH!)
Don't go the onion rings they give you baaadddd gas!!!

Snacks (with dvd)
1 small handful (only 1 hand not 2!) cheese and onion chips
6 chicken chips
1 Mars bar


Water: 2.5L

They must really pack the salt into those Hungry Jacks burgers (as well as fat and sugar.......) I woke up this morning feeling like I had been attacking a salt lick through the night........having said all that I can honestly say I DO NOT MISS TAKEAWAY!!!
