Breakfast: all-bran fruit and oats, orange, skinny milk

Snack: pear, spicy four bean mix and l/f nat yoghurt

Lunch: tuna sandwich

Snack: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: lean cuisine pumpkin, fetta, pasta thingy

Dessert: l/f yoghurt

Brekkie:
1 slice toast with 100% fruit jam
1 coffee

Snack:
1 apple
1 chai tea

Lunch:
1 silverside and tomato sandwich (tried the Noble Rise Wholemeal and Grain bread today...quite filling)
1 coffee

Snack:
3 cheerios (I know Iknow just came back from Gardens and went to the butcher and they were down before I could say Oh S***!)
1 coffee

Dinner:
Chicken Schnitzel (real chook not the processed one)
tomato based pasta

Snack:
1/2 low fat natural yoghurt

Water:
3.5 L ( :shock: ) it was Hot and Humid at Gardens!! prelude to good old Rocky summer!! hahahahaaha

Weight watchers cereal bar

Lunch: 2 ham and salad bread rolls
Apple

Dinner: Steak and salad

Water: not much... trying ot et some more down right now!

Toast with Tomato, ham and cheese grilled

Lunch
Fish burger…. A story with this
I was going to have rissoles (made from low fat mince) but they were left in the Fridge. Luckily there is a fish and chip shop next to were we BBQed and I went in and brought a piece of raw fish and grilled it. Boy how things have changed, not that long ago I would have just got battered fish and chips

Dinner
Lean pork chop
1 med potato
1corn on the cob.

Snack
6 biscuits throughout the day…they are 1 point for 2.

Breakfast: 2 slices of soy-linseed toast, no butter
Snack: 1 small mandarin
Lunch: small salmon & l/f green beans
Dinner: Sliced lamb spaghetti (big bowl, but normally I will have 2 serves, so I am trying to be good...)
Snack: 1 small apple

Drank: 5 litres of water, 1 litre of green tea. I have been going to the loo all day. Ha...
