Ok just wanted to explain that I need to do a shop. I didnt realise I was starting today (I'm usually a Monday girl
) and wasn't prepared so had to make do with what was on hand. I didn't want to wait and lose motivation.
b/fast :2 pcs multigrain bread with cheese
3 sao's with cheese
lunch : 1pce multigrain bread with tuna
a freddo frog (oooops)
dinner: a very small bowl of fava bean and tomato soup with ANOTHER pce of multigrain bread.
5 cups tea and 4 cups of water. NO COKE YAAAY!!
Nothing else for me tonight!
