Breakfast: 2 slices of soy-linseed toasts, no butter
Lunch: sliced lamb + iron-man noodles (yum)
Dinner: 1 egg + 2 slices of soy-linseed toasts

Drank 3 litres of water, 1 litre of green tea, 150ml home-made orange juice

Ok just wanted to explain that I need to do a shop. I didnt realise I was starting today (I'm usually a Monday girl ;) ) and wasn't prepared so had to make do with what was on hand. I didn't want to wait and lose motivation.

b/fast :2 pcs multigrain bread with cheese

3 sao's with cheese

lunch : 1pce multigrain bread with tuna

a freddo frog (oooops)

dinner: a very small bowl of fava bean and tomato soup with ANOTHER pce of multigrain bread.

5 cups tea and 4 cups of water. NO COKE YAAAY!!

Nothing else for me tonight!

Breakfast: creamed corn on soy and linseed toast

Snack: apple

Lunch: Ham and salad rye wrap

Snack: vita weat, cheese and tomato

Treat Dinner: 2 slices of home made pizza, 1/2 row of marinated spare ribs, green tossed salad

Treat Dessert: small serve of sticky date pudding and chocolate pudding with whipped cream (couldn't make up my mind which so had a small bit of each....I had a bad tummy after this....don't think the bod likes so much fat in one hit!)

The chocolate pudding sounds nice...

Today I turned down an custard tart and a slice of pound cake, not easy for me... so I better lose some weight.

There are plans for eating out on Tue night for celebration, so I will save myself for that...

Brekkie:
Nothing :?
1 cup coffee

Lunch:
1 silverside sanga

Dinner:
1 rump steak roll
1/2 pork sausage

8 butterscotch lollies, 2 handfulls chips :oops:
3/4 can ouzo and cola

water: 3L


Sunday:
Brekkie:
1 small piece rump steak

Lunch:
1 piece bread with peanut butter

Dinner:
2 small Cranstons pies and 1 apple roll

Snack:
1 pkt chocolate bullets :oops: (there is nothing like a crappy weekend!!)

Water:
2L

I had some slip ups through over the weekend (no really I hear you say!!) But I am back on track now. I am expecting a gain this week, not only because of the weekend, but I am bloating due to being due this week. I will cop it on the chin though!!
