Breakfast: Sliced lamb & 1 slice of soy-linseed toast (no butter)
Lunch: 1 egg & 2 slices of soy-linseed toasts (no butter)
Dinner: Roast chicken (200g, no skin) with orange and lemon stuffing, l/f green beans, carrots and 1 potato. So happy that I did not dirty the oven...

Drank 2.5 litres of water, 0.5 litre of green tea and 1/2 cup coffee with sugar.

Me is bad....

Breakfast: all-bran fruit n oats, skinny milk

Snack: orange and kiwifruit

So far so good....then it goes downhill from here.

Lunch, snack, dinner: hubby made 2 home made pizzas fresh to watch the super tourers. I ate one whole pizza over the course of the day from lunch on. And as if that wasn't bad enough I got a small chocolate bar for Saturday that I didn't eat and I ate that too....slowly. Haven't gone outside my allowed time off in some time...oh well back on track tomorrow.

you're right kim, tomorrow is another day :) and tomorrow is the start of a new week. you have about 5 days til weigh in day so you should be right, and it seems like its once in a blue moon you go out of your 'allowed day' so you're doing great mate!
