Lunch: 1 egg & 2 slices of soy-linseed toasts (no butter)
Dinner: Roast chicken (200g, no skin) with orange and lemon stuffing, l/f green beans, carrots and 1 potato. So happy that I did not dirty the oven...
Drank 2.5 litres of water, 0.5 litre of green tea and 1/2 cup coffee with sugar.
