Breakfast: weetbix, lsa, kiwifruit, skinny milk

Snack: apple and l/f yoghurt

Lunch: tuna bean salad mix

Snack: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: pork and salad or veges with a small serve of rice.

Breakfast: Cereal Sustain & WeightWatchers Fruit and Nut with Skimmed milk
Snack: 1 small mandarin
Lunch: 150g roast chicken (no skin), l/f green beans, green peas, some carrots and 1 potato
Snack: 1 small apple
Dinner: 2 eggs & 2 soy-linseed toasts

Drank 4.5 litres water, 0.5 litre green tea, 250ml home-made orange juice, 250ml lite-white warm milk.

well done with the water fat garfield. i couldnt drink more than 3 litres lol i think id bust! water is the key though!

2 slices toast
1 boiled egg
1 coffee

1 chai tea

1 chicken and salad roll
1 coffee

1 apple
1 pear

2 steak and tomato rolls

Water: 2L

Am really craving meat at the moment due to TTOTM. AARRRGGHH! Well it could be worse at least it is not chocolate!!

Hi all,
Last night I had 2 eggs for dinner. I usually had 1 and I felt sick. I had heart-burn and dizzy-spells (too much cholesterol).

Dinner round2, to make myself feel better, I had some roast chicken and 1 slice of soy-linseed toast.

Dinner round3, just before sleeping, still sick, had 800ml warm water, 200 ml green tea. Still no good. Had 150g roast chicken, 1 potato and some carrots... Then I felt better...

OOOOOpppppssss Ate too much. Luckily the next day, the weight was the same. 52.8kilos...

I will keep an eye on my food intake and my exercise. Also tonight I need to eat out. Also my boyfriend is worried that I am exercising too much.
