Eat out. So Dinner and onwards, out of control !!! Put on 0.5 kilo.
Breakfast: 1 slice of soy-linseed toast
Snack: 1 small mandarin
Lunch: 150g roast chicken, l/f green beans, peas, carrots and 1 potato
Snack: 1 apple
Dinner: Here we go... Eat out...
1) Some soya-chicken, 1.2 dish of Thai food, plenty of white rice.
2) Top up with 3 hand-made chocolates,
3) Then went for a drive and have 400ml McDonald Thick Shake.
Totally stuffed but very happy (full stomach + celebration stuff)
The next day, I was going to skip weighing myself but was curious to see the damage. Oh no... Put on half a kilo !
Next time when I eat out, I am going to still eat but cut down by half of what I will normally have. Let me work hard on that...
Drank 4 litres of water + 400ml Thick shake...
The ticker does not show but put on half a kilo ! ! ! 53.5kilos now.
