Breakfast-
1 bowl soy and linseed bran, sultanas, skim
2 pieces wholemeal toast, scrape marg, vegemite
Jarrah Chocolatte

Lunch-
Noodle Stir Fry

Dinner-
No idea yet! Ill get home late tonight (ww) so probably just leftovers :lol:

Snacks-

Breakfast: wholemeal and seeds bread with creamed corn, skinny milk

Snack: orange, strawberries and fruit yoghurt

Lunch: ham and tomato sandwich

Snack: vita-weat and l/f cottage cheese

Dinner: pork chop and salad

Breakfast: muesli as usual (one of these days I'm going to be really radical and eat Weetbix or something lol)
Lunch: cop of soup and two pieces of toast
Dinner: Dolmio lasagne (not as bad as it sounds because they make them in a small portion... this was only 1500 kj or so)

Breakfast: Sustain, Fruit & Nut with skimmed milk + 1/2 Darrell Lea chocolate.
Lunch: 150g soya-chicken, l/f green beans, peas
Snack: 1 small mandarin
Dinner: 150g sliced lamb and iron man noodles with tomatos.
Snack: 100g low-fat passionfruit yoghurt

I am hoping to have sandwiches on Fri to lose some weight.
