Lunch: 150g soya-chicken, l/f green beans, peas
Snack: 1 small mandarin
Dinner: 150g sliced lamb and iron man noodles with tomatos.
Snack: 100g low-fat passionfruit yoghurt
I am hoping to have sandwiches on Fri to lose some weight.
