Kate and Ally the banana bars are yumbo. Although not strictly a 'low fat' or 'diet' product like there yoghurt and lite ice cream this is pretty good for what you get. Plus a lot cheaper than a real banana! I usually only have once a week twice at the most.

that is really good on the calories side Kim. That is not much more than the low fat ice cream or the diet choc mousse. Thanks for that Kim, will have to go to the depot!!
