If you want to lose weight, keep it off and be healthy, I'm afraid you're going to have to learn to love veggies!

JUNE 28

B: cornflakes

L: 2 eggs & 2 slices multigrain toast

D: sausages, mash, corn, peas, carrots (honeyed)

SNACK: 99% mango frozen yoghurt

DRINKS: water, lemonade

EXERCISE: 45mins on cross trainer (6.6kms) & half hour walk

L: nachos (haha not so good)

D: chinese bbq stirfry and rice

SNACK: 2 rye vitaweets w/ vegemite

DRINKS; sprite, fanta

EXERCISE: 30mins weight session & 50min power walk

L: pasta (was low gi so okay i guess haha)

D: pikelets

SNACK: fruit n nut choc bar, 5 plain jatz

DRINKS: water, lemonade

EXERCISE: 40mins on cross trainer. 5.5kms.

B; raisin toast

L: little hot dogs w/ tomato sauce

SNACK: strawberry yoghurt

D: Tacos

drinks: apple juice andd water

exercise: cross trainer (burnt 760cals)
