Saturday
Breakfast: all bran fruit n oats, crumpet with small amount of peanut butter, skinny milk
Lunch: rice salad
Snack: celery sticks
Treat Dinner: mini dim sims and mini spring rolls, prawn satay with plain rice, small piece of chocolate cake and sticky date pudding with l/f ice cream. 1 beer, 2 small glasses of white wine.

I was doing fine until I ate the second piece of cake then felt like a whale! I ate too much!

Sunday
Breakfast: muesli, skinny milk
Snack: apple
Lunch: protein bar
Snack: 2 vita weat with l/f cottage cheese and tomato
Dinner: baked chicken and veges

1 coffee
30g Crisp and Crunchy cereal
1/4 cup L/f milk

1 med. bowl soy and linseed bran, 2tbl sultanas, skim
1 jarrah chocolatte & a little skim

Lunch-
Capeseed salad roll
Fruche
Apple

Dinner-
Either Gnocchi Bolognaise or chicken and steamed veg

3 ltrs water

LOL it was home made version of chinese take away. I love satay prawns but my hubby has never cooked it so I had a go with him giving me suggestions and it worked out lovely. I am a lazy cook so of course the satay came from a jar but yummy all the same. I really did eat too much though I should have left the dessert all together.

Sat

Morning: 1.5 slice of soy-linseed toast + roast chicken, 1 mango
Lunch: Small lunch Sliced lamb, l/f green beans, corn and peas. (180g total)
Snack: 10g Sara Lee Pound cake
Dinner: 1 egg + 1 slice soy-linseed toast
Snack: 1 apple

Drank 4.5 litres of water, 0.5 litre of green tea.

Sun
===
Morning: Naughty: Custard tart
Lunch: Eat out. Beef, chicken, crispy oily egg noodles in Noodle shop.
Snack: 15g Sara Lee Pound cake
Dinner: Roast chicken & 1 slice of soy-linseed toast.
Snack: 1/2 mango, 1 apple

Drank 4.5 litres of water, 0.5 litre of green tea.
