Breakfast: oats, skinny milk, lsa, toast with ww jam

Snack: orange, spicy four bean mix with fat free nat yogh

Lunch: chicken and salad sandwich, celery sticks and radish

Snack: dried fruit and nuts

Dinner: chicken and salad rice paper rolls

Snack: watermelon and rockmelon cubes

Breakfast: muesli
Lunch: ham, cheese and tomato sandwich
Snack: half a nut bar
Dinner: lasagne

2 pieces soy and linseed toast with 1 tbs light cream cheese and tomato slices
1 coffee

2 boiled sweets
1 apple
1 latte

toasted ham, cheese and tomato panini
1 chai tea

Mince and pasta bake
Broccoli, Carrots and Beans

1 cup l/f apricot and passionfruit yoghurt

Water: 2L

Quite dizzy all day. I think my body is not used to the reduced food intake. Today I eat a bit more during dinner as I feel sick.

Breakfast: Sustain + Skimmed milk
Lunch: 100g roast chicken, l/f beans and corn
Dinner: 1 egg, 1 soy-linseed toast &
Round2: 3 prawns, iron-man noodles with tomatoes
Round3: 200g nutri grain + lite-white milk
Also 1 darrell-lea chocolate

Drank 4 litres of water, 200ml berroca, 1/2 cup lite-white milk

Feel better after the chocolate and the berroca...
