Quite dizzy all day. I think my body is not used to the reduced food intake. Today I eat a bit more during dinner as I feel sick.
Breakfast: Sustain + Skimmed milk
Lunch: 100g roast chicken, l/f beans and corn
Dinner: 1 egg, 1 soy-linseed toast &
Round2: 3 prawns, iron-man noodles with tomatoes
Round3: 200g nutri grain + lite-white milk
Also 1 darrell-lea chocolate
Drank 4 litres of water, 200ml berroca, 1/2 cup lite-white milk
Feel better after the chocolate and the berroca...
