I didn't end up having the fruit after dinner as it was too late, just had the yoghurt. My water was also up to 3L!!

Am going to say no to any boiled sweets/choccie today at the hospital. All in all, it wasn't that bad it worked out to be 125 Calories so it was still well within my daily limits!!

Kim those "throw togethers" often turn out to be the best meals don't they? Do you add any sauce to yours?

Yes, Kim's 'throw everything together' probably turns out to be an excellent meal. For me, I love home cooking. It tastes a lot fresher. Plus the truth is I get sick from home from outside 50% of the time.

Breakfast: Sustain + Skimmed milk
Snack: 1 small mandarin
Lunch: 1 roast chicken wing (no skin), l/f bak soy & tomatoes
Snack: 1 small kiwi fruit
Dinner: 1/2 slice salmon, l/f spinach & tomatoes
Snack: 250g low-fat yoghurt to help with my toilet routine.

Drank 3.5 litres of water, 0.5 cup lite-white, 1 cup warm lite-white.

Instead of 'get sick from home from outside', it should be 'get sick from food from outside'...

Cheers...

LOL actually it did turn out nice but I didn't add any sauce. I used one of those continental pasta things 1/4 of it is one serve and it has sauce already but not heaps, it was enough though and tasted yummy.
