Yes, Kim's 'throw everything together' probably turns out to be an excellent meal. For me, I love home cooking. It tastes a lot fresher. Plus the truth is I get sick from home from outside 50% of the time.
Breakfast: Sustain + Skimmed milk
Snack: 1 small mandarin
Lunch: 1 roast chicken wing (no skin), l/f bak soy & tomatoes
Snack: 1 small kiwi fruit
Dinner: 1/2 slice salmon, l/f spinach & tomatoes
Snack: 250g low-fat yoghurt to help with my toilet routine.
Drank 3.5 litres of water, 0.5 cup lite-white, 1 cup warm lite-white.
