Breakfast: All bran fruit n oats, skinny milk, lsa, rockmelon

Snack: apple, spicy beans with fat free nat yoghurt

Lunch: turkey and salad sandwich

Snack: vita weat with l/f cottage cheese and tomato

Dinner: spicy kidney bean and vege hotpot with fat free nat yoghurt

Snack: l/f ice cream with dessertspoon of ww jam. (I didn't need this. I always forget how full I get from any legume and vege mix)

Breakfast: muesli
Lunch: cream cheese and lettuce sandwich
Snack: 6 apricot squares (they're covered in coconut... really yummy)
Dinner: stir fry

Brekkie:(on the run)
1 orange
1 coffee

Snack:
1 fun size turkish delight (58 Cal)

Lunch:
1 bacon (no fat) & egg sandwich with tomato
1 coffee

Snack:
8 vita wheat
2 serves cheese

Dinner: (takeaway for quickness tonight as we were at the hospital quite late)

McDonalds (don't cringe!!! :P )
1 Lean Beef Burger
1 garden salad

Water: 2L

Breakfast: Sustain, Lite-white milk
Lunch: 1/2 slice salmon, l/f spinach, tomatoes

Dinner: Take-away soya-chicken, 1/2 the amount I would normally eat. Also some white rice
Snack: 250g fat-free yoghurt, 1 kiwi fruit
Dinner Round2: Felt dizzy and sick with the take-away. Had 1/2 slice salmon, 1 slice of soy-linseed toast with butter.

Drank: 4 litres of water, 1 litre of green tea, 250ml of Berroca.

Quite sick from the take-away. Can barely sleep.

thought i should join in this one

although a little late, yesterday i ate

3 weetbix with skim milk
strawberries

baked potato with yoghurt and spring onions
four bean mix out of a can (was running out of healthy things in cupboard)

didn't have any dinner as my man went away for the night, and i'm so hopeless i couldn't find anything healthy to cook and didn't want to get takeaway so just had two glasses of wine, probably should have gone with the takeaway :?
