I keep a calorie counting food diary, and have been for quite a while. Its great and ill definately continue with it everyday, but i like the idea of just recording and sharing exactly what i've eaten without a calculator judging me so here i go....
Morning: A strawberry yoghurt (200g), bottle of water
Afternoon: 1 slice of Ham, pumpkin and spinach fritata. 2 Bottles of water
Night: Small potato salad from fish and chip shop, 1 apple and cinnamon k time bar, 3/4 cup of orange juice (topped up with water)
