Breakfast: muesli, skim milk, rockmelon and fat free nat yoghurt

Snack: crackers and dip, celery and radish

Lunch: tuna and salad sandwich

Snack: 2 vita-weat with l/f cottage cheese and tomato

Dinner: got slack! continental past lite alfredo

Snack: watermelon and nestle diet desert

i really need to go shopping,

today:

breakfast: three weetbix

lunch: bean, tomato cucumber and parmesan cheese salad

dinner will be soon: fish and more of the salad


oh dear, i know i'm not eating enough, because i don't have any energy, but till I go shopping tonight i don't have a good stock of healthy food yet, i should have done that as soon as i started!!

You live and learn Redwine but you will get there. Low food intake may be the energy problem, monitor yourself once the cupboards are full. :D

I love those four beans. I always have a can of four beans, red kidney beans and chick peas on hand. So versatile and great nutritionally.

well i've written a shopping list and i'm going to stock up, Kim (or is it KimE?) I was wondering, i noticed that your weight loss has been great and you're nearing your goal... is your food intake that i'm reading now in the food diaries the type of diet you lost the weight with? or have you lowered calories to lose last kilos? just wondering because would be looking at a similar intake to yourself and really wasn't sure if it would enable weight loss....

Brekkie:
1 K-time Apple and Cinnamon Muffin Bar
2 coffees

Snack:
1 apple

Lunch:
1 chicken and salad roll

Dinner:
1/4 BBQ chicken (no skin!!!)
1/2 cup curried pasta salad
1/2 thai noodle salad (both are low fat)
3tbs lite coleslaw

Snack:
1 cup l/f strawberry yoghurt

Water: 2L

I know its late, but-

Breakfast-
lge bowl soy and linseed bran, 1 tbl sultanas, skim
2 pieces multi toast & vegemite

Lunch-
Wholemeal pasta & sauce, little parmesan
Fruche
Apple

Afternoon-

2 pieces home made fruit bread

Dinner-
Roast potato, peas, corn, chicken
Jarrah Choc o lait

bowl of lite ice cream :oops: (damn TTOM again ALREADY!! :roll: )

at least it was lite ice cream mate, it could have been a lot worse (like a magnum for example!!!)

I still cannot believe how many of us are due or suffering around this time!! Talk about 'join the club' :P

Got a bad food poisioning from takeaway soya-chicken, so have to eat more from home to get better...

Breakfast, lunch and dinner: Each meal 1/2 slice salmon, l/f green beans and corn, Plenty of fresh lemon juice.

Drank: 5 litres of water. 1 litre of green tea. A couple of headache tablets, vitamins, antacid etc.
