hi!!!
I add the calories into myfitness pal, and i average 1500-1600 a day.
so i think theres enough calories there??
I dont write the serving size, only what I ate, so if you saw it all, theres alot of food.

23/09/2010
kate morgan shake, banana

tub yogurt
cashew, almond and walnut nut mix
6inch subways chicken snitzel
skinny cow icecream
weightwatchers passionfruit and lemon thingy
massive bowl of vegetable soup
1 tangelo, 1 orange
1 apple
and seriously, I am full!!!!
I dont feel hungry during the day, or crave sugar like I used to.
I didnt get any urge to eat the donuts, or the mini pizzas the kids had.
I even resisted the marshmellows the kids had tonight.
I dont want to count calories. I dont want to do it for the rest of my life. I need a eating plan I can just do automatically without thinking too hard.
I counted cals once before on my old eating days, and hit over 3000 calories.
so surely based on that, at 1500 now, I will loose weight.
I am comfortable right now at what I am eating, as I said I dont really crave for anything else. its something I can continue and not feel dprived. something alot of *diets* have failed, as I have done weightwatchers and counted points, and done others with counting calories, and sorry it bores me to tears to do that. i cannot do that forever.
something like this, where i watch fat intake (will relax a little on the fat oncce the liver settles down in a few weeks after my operation) and try eat from every food group. add different colours to my meal, yellow, red, green, and white.
I feel more satisfied with a 6inch mutligrain roll with salad than what i used to eat from subways, the foot long white with no salad.
I am not saying I am perfect, or that i wont go and fall off the wagon. but I am happy with my food, and its a great improvement than a month ago. so while things are going well, I'll stick to it, and yes if I am hungry i will eat, just not high calorie fat filled food, but fresh, natural and low fat.
