snack: 1/2 apple
1 x cup tea no sugar, splash low-fat milk

Lunch: 1 x strawberry & cream TF shake

hey guys. have decided to post what i have eaten today.

breakfast: a small bowl of musli with a splash of milk (i dont really like milk)
Lunch: a peanutbutter sandwhich(i know naughty naughty)
Drink: so far i have had 1200mls of water. its getting a bit sickly tho. i will had a drop of cordial to my next one i think.
i pulled some ham steaks out of the freezer last night that i will have to use. i might take my george foreman grill home with me from my sisters and cook on there.

i use my george foreman grill all the time :) it is also really easy to clean and its amazing all the fat that comes out of the things you cook! we got ours for an engagement gift with the roaster :)

i brought mine last year sometime and i stopped using it. no idea why. but my sister nicked it and she hasnt used it in ages either. so im gonna steal it back again tonight.
ham steaks arnt the healtiest things but if i cook them on there they shouldnt be too bad. with some yummy vegies. :D

Lunch:

1 x tuna sushi roll

snack

1 x raw carrot stick


Drinks

I coffee ./c milk and 1 x sugar

i black rosehip tea.

Dinner will be

100 grams roast lamb

1 roast potatoe

50 grams roast parsnip

50 grams roast carrot

moderate serve steamed broccoli

I tblspn gravy.

snack:

raw carrot, capsicum and celery cut into small sticks for picking

Snack: pear, dried fruit and fruit yoghurt

Lunch: turkey and salad sandwich

Snack: l/f cheese on 2 vita weat, celery and radish

Dinner: veges and crumbed baked fish

lunch: crackers with pickled onions tomato and cream cheese

dinner: is about to be steak and salad

oh and i've already had two glasses of third glass wine and two thirds diet lemonade

i love turkey! i cant wait to xmas day im really looking forward to my turkey and the stuffing!!! doy ou have the deli turkey on your rolls/sandwichs or the actual turkey you cut off the turkey? i also like the deli turkey- its quite expensive though!!

yum (damn monthlies i just cant stop thinking of food haha)

Kate, I got the turkey from the deli counter 97% fat free whatever the heck that really means. I love turkey and wanted to add it to the lunch fair for variety.

Breakfast: Cereal & skimmed milk
Lunch: Roast chicken, l/f green beans and corn
Snack: 1 kiwi fruit
Dinner: Very sick (food poisoning), ate 3 big bowls of chicken spaghetti.

Drank 4.5 litres of water, 1 litre of green tea, some vitamins, headache tablets.
