Yesterday I finally weighed myself, I was 77.4. I freaked out big-time
I have a simple approach to dieting. My diet is just kind of cutting everything in half.
Also, thinking back to when I was around my goal weight, and what I ate.
A few weeks back I tried the lemon detox, but after 78 hours of starvation, I decided I loved
food to much.... so me and my housemate who doing it alway went and bought a nutella crepe.
So the approach is simple.
I woke up this morning after one day of this approach and was 75.9
To be frank I think the shakes that everybodys talking about on this forum are a load of crockenbush.

My typical day of eating will try and be (this was yesterday)
Breakfast: coffee to start things going, then when feeling a bit hungry weetbix (2 instead of 4)
Lunch: 3 sushi and diet coke
Dinner: Omlet (really fluffy with bits of tomato, cheese and ham)
