Breakfast: muesli, skinny milk diet fruit yoghurt

Snack: dried fruit and nuts

Lunch: protein bar

Snack: 2 rice cakes

Treat Dinner: Pan fried Salmon, potatoes, carrots, small salad

Treat Dessert: apple crumble with light frozen yoghurt

Extra: 2 pieces of lindt dark intense orange

I was really pleased with myself this weekend. Last weekend my treat night was way overdone and I stuffed myself. I also felt like I carried that food for the whole week. I know this sounds silly but it just sat really heavy and I didn't want to repeat that as I didn't feel good from it. So tonights dinner was quite light and very tasty. Made two good discoveries. Sour cream and chives rice cakes, absolutely delicious at 30 cals a slice and two was enough. Will have that as a new snack with l/f cottage cheese and tomato or something. 2nd discovery light frozen yoghurt. Oh my how yummy that was and under 100 cals per serve which is what I allow for during the week desserts. Got the mango ripple delish! The dark chocolate orange was lovely and I will make that last by having a couple of pieces at the weekend only, hubby's not getting the option of finishing it for me this time!
