Monday:
Breakfast: Laswons bread with raspberry jam and banana
Snack: Nut bar and apple
Lunch: Vegetable sausage rolls with peacherine
Snack: Apple, watermelon and nuts with slutanas
Dinner: Broccoli, zucchini, mushroom, carrot, celery, vegan chicken with whole grain rice
Dessert: Toffuti cheese with crackers

Exercise: 35 minutes on the treadmill
Goal for 2016:
Current weight: 94 kilos
Starting weight: 102.5 kilos
Goal #1: 92 kilos

Wow i like how you have incorporated different food groups into your day,
Looks very good. You will be losing weight in no time :)
