Breakfast: all-bran fruit n oats, skinny milk

Snack: 2 rice cakes with l/f cottage cheese and apple

Lunch (out with a friend): Thai fish cakes, shared main of veges and rice, 2 x diet cokes (didn't feel like any dinner after this even though it really wasn't a lot of food).

Snack: Strawberries and frozen yoghurt

Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs

Breakfast: None
Lunch: beef and chicken, fried egg noodles. Noodle shop.
Dinner: Roast chicken, 1 tomato & 2 slices soy-linseed toasts
Snack: 1 apple, 1 kiwi fruit.

Drank: 2.5 litres of water, 1 litre of green tea.

1 coffee
1 light fruche

1 lean roast pork sandwich
3 slices of chicken roll :oops:

rump steak sandwich
3 pork snags (man I was starving by the time dinner was on)
1/4glass lift softdrink topped up with soda water (very nice as it wasn't too sweet and cut the calories right down for me)
2 mint balls (like the coolmints)
1 coffee

Water: 3.5L

Today was really light on (fruit and veg wise) as we just didn't have the time or the energy to prepare anything substantial. Still I was quite pleased with myself as I didn't overindulge too much
