2 weet-bix
1/2 cup l/f milk
1 tsp sugar
1 coffee

Lunch;
1 roast beef and tomato sandwich
1 orange

Snack:
1 serve Soho Crackers
1 K-time Apple and Cinnamon muffin

Dinner:
Beef and Rosemary Casserole
1 serve mashed potato

Snack:
1/2 cup l/f strawberry yoghurt
1 cup diced peaches

Water:3L

Breakfast: shredded wheat, lsa, skinny milk

Snack: orange, dried fruit and nuts

Lunch: turkey and salad sandwich

Snack: 2 rice cakes with l/f cottag cheese, radish sticks

Dinner: bbq pork and big salad

Snack: rockmelon and frozen yoghurt

Snack: 1 kiwi fruit
Dinner: 1 egg, 2 slices of soy-linseed toasts
Snack: 1 apple
