Brekkie:
1 coffee
1 muesli bar

Snack:
1 orange

Lunch:
Chicken and salad with pasta
1 coffee

Snack:
1 apple
1 chai tea

Dinner:
1 serve Roast pork (no fat or crackle :cry: )
1 serve roast spud
1 serve roast pumpkin
1 serve roast onion (I know the gas factor, but they are yummy! :roll: )
broccoli
1 corn cob

Dessert:
1 serve low fat apple crumble (STGTBT book 3)
1 serve homemade low fat custard (bought stuff is too sweet for us)

Water: 2.5L

Breakfast: muesli, skinny milk, kiwifruit lsa

Snack: 2 rice cakes with small serve natural peanut butter

Lunch: turkey, l/f cheese and salad sandwich, radish sticks

Snack: spicy red kidney beans with yoghurt

Dinner: egg white vege omelette with salad

Ok dinner was really delish and everyone enjoyed, however I have some good news and bad news....good news (for the kids) is I didn't have the baked onion :P (forgot to do them actually)...the bad news...I ate a piece of crackle (darn it), I removed all the fat from behind it, so it could have been worse. The flip side to that is it was only a small piece, but still it was a piece and I succumbed :x However as that is one tiny slip up in what has been a rather good week, I am ok with it!!

sorry you didnt get your nuclear baked onion, maybe next time lol.

dont feel bad about the small piece of crackle. it was a celebration dinner so dont be so hard on yourself. you didnt gorge yourself with it :) tomorrow is another day :)

Hi Ally,
It is a celebration dinner. One piece of crackle is ok. The other people had the rest of the dish. So your will power is strong and you are doing great!

Me:
Breakfast: 1 coffee (skim milk), hee... 1 orange poppyseed friand(yum)
Lunch: 50g salmon, l/f green beans and corn
Snack: 1 kiwi fruit
Dinner: 350g Spaghetti bolognaise (minced the meat the home). Yummy. 50g custard danish cake. Normally I will eat 1/2 kilo of that cake.

Drank 4.5 litres of water, 1 litre of green tea
