Breakfast: Spaghetti bolognaise (1/2 my lunch)
Lunch: Spaghetti bolognaise (remaining 1/2), very happy
Snack: 1 kiwi fruit
Dinner: 1 small pork chop (cooked the night before, then remove the layer of fat the next day), 30g white rice, l/f green beans, peas and corn
Dessert: 30g Danish Custard cake.
Snack: 1 apple
9pm: Bad headache from the blocked nose. Drank 1 litre of warm water to improve my breathing. Still feeling sick, also stomach was making noises, hee... so...
Round 2 (8pm): ate 1 soy-linseed toast with butter
Round 3 (9pm): 1 small pork chop with 30g white rice. Yum...
Drank 4 litres of water, 1.5 litre of warm water, 1 litre of green tea.
