Breakfast: weetbix, kiwifruit, lsa, skinny milk

Snack: dried fruit and nuts with fruit yoghurt

Lunch: tuna and salad sandwich, frozen yoghurt

Snack: vita-weat, l/f cottage cheese and tomato

Dinner: smoked salmon, steamed veges

Maintainence since 04/11/06
Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs

Just Right Crunchy blend
1/2 cup l/f milk
1 coffee

1 K-time muffin bar
1 skim latte

1 roast pork and salad sandwich
1 peach

1 serve apple crumble
20g Salt and Vinegar chips
1 pear (had the hungry munchies this arv)

Subway -
6" turkey and salad sub
Salad in a tub (it was a huge salad and very yummy)

Water: 2L

*I had a Maccas garden salad the other day and it was this tiny little pathetic excuse for a salad (I think it was the scrappings off the board of all the other salads!! LOL) and I ordered a subway salad with my sub and it was blinkin huge!!! Well worth the money and with a low fat salad dressing, it was low cal/fat too....yum. I know where I will be heading for quick meal in future!!

theyre quite nice and filling too. just make sure they fill the thing to the top and the dont scrimp on anything. i always get the roast chicken salad with capsicum, carrot, lettuce, tomato - no cheese or dressing.

Breakfast: Spaghetti bolognaise (1/2 my lunch)
Lunch: Spaghetti bolognaise (remaining 1/2), very happy
Snack: 1 kiwi fruit
Dinner: 1 small pork chop (cooked the night before, then remove the layer of fat the next day), 30g white rice, l/f green beans, peas and corn
Dessert: 30g Danish Custard cake.
Snack: 1 apple

9pm: Bad headache from the blocked nose. Drank 1 litre of warm water to improve my breathing. Still feeling sick, also stomach was making noises, hee... so...

Round 2 (8pm): ate 1 soy-linseed toast with butter
Round 3 (9pm): 1 small pork chop with 30g white rice. Yum...

Drank 4 litres of water, 1.5 litre of warm water, 1 litre of green tea.
