Ha. Luckily, I am like a camel. Without much effort, I can save it and do a big one without having to go to the toilet too often.

However, I have increased my water intake by a lot and I have been going to the toilet more often...

My current job involves a lot of sitting around, fairly stress-free. I like putting something in my mouth all the time, so I just drink water and when I need a bit of taste, I snack on a fruit.

That is a great idea...certainly saves putting something in your mouth you are going to regret later on and it is a great way to get your water quota in!!!

Image Camel...had a chuckle over that one!!!
