^.^ KimE your diet sounds so healthy

Mm mine's not so I'm afraid I guess I'm trying to focus more on actually eating three meals and snacks then anything else ^.^;;

Brunch (forgot to eat till 11.30): 2 Scones with Strawberry Jam, 1 piece of toast and 1 egg and 1 sausage

Dinner: 2 sausages 2 pieces of bread and a 1/4 cup of dried fruit and museli mix

Mm and coffee throughout the day, forgot to eat snacks, man so need to improve.

Because I only starting dieting today, I will add what I used to eat, and what I ate today lol!

BEFORE -
Breakfast - 2 pieces of toast smothered with margarine
Lunch - Something frozen, like Dim Sims, Chicken Nuggets etc
Tea - Piece of meat with fat, potatos and 2 slices of bread with margarine
And usually snacks of chips, lollies etc. And about 10 glasses of coke, if not more.

NOW -
Breakfast - Bowl of cheerios with skim milk
Lunch - 6 saos with vegemite (no margarine)
Tea - Friday night is Maccas night for the kids...instead of a large double beef and back burger meal, I had a turkey and cranberry roll and a small fries.
NO COKE, Just water lol

Wow Sparky what an improvement already in your eating habits. You will notice a big shift in those scales just from dropping coke alone out of your diet (100 tsp of sugar in 10 glasses  ) Well done mate and as Kate says drink plenty of water!!

Yes, I agree. Kim's food is very healthy.

Me:
Breakfast: 2 slices of soy-linseed toasts, little butter
Lunch: 150g minced meat, l/f green beans and corn
Snack: 1 apple
Dinner: 1 egg + 2 slices of soy-linseed toasts
Snack: 200g low-fat berry yoghurt

Drank 4 litres of water, 1 litre of green tea. 250ml lite white milk.

Yep Sparky that's the ticket small manageable changes that will make a big difference.

Gold I usually eat breafast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner but was always pretty much as healthy as listed above. I have re-trained my taste buds to enjoy what I now eat. Saturday night I have off and find I don't crave lots of bad stuff anymore so looks like I am actually learning too.

I am trialing a slightly different way of eating which is why they are all called meals now. I am still eating the same amount of calories just working the protein, fat, carb intake a little differently and trying to get the carbs more from whole foods rather than processed. Will see how it goes.
