Because I only starting dieting today, I will add what I used to eat, and what I ate today lol!
Breakfast - 2 pieces of toast smothered with margarine
Lunch - Something frozen, like Dim Sims, Chicken Nuggets etc
Tea - Piece of meat with fat, potatos and 2 slices of bread with margarine
And usually snacks of chips, lollies etc. And about 10 glasses of coke, if not more.
Breakfast - Bowl of cheerios with skim milk
Lunch - 6 saos with vegemite (no margarine)
Tea - Friday night is Maccas night for the kids...instead of a large double beef and back burger meal, I had a turkey and cranberry roll and a small fries.
NO COKE, Just water lol
