meal1: muesli, yoghurt, skim milk

meal2: fruit salad, yoghurt

meal3: sweet potato, turkey, tomato cheese salad thingy. LOL it was tasty...one of my throw it together and trust my luck meals.

meal4: rice cakes, dried fruit and nuts

meal5: (treat) homemade bolognaise mince sauce with fat tubes of pasta, chocolate cake and two pieces of chocolate orange, 1/3 glass of red wine

Brekkie (on the run):
1 muesli bar
1 coffee

Snack:
1 cup peaches in mango juice

Lunch:
1 grilled skin free chicken fillet burger (Red Rooster)
5 little chips :oops:

Dinner:
1 Lean Cuisine Lasagne
heaps of veges

2 glasses coke zero (I succumbed and had 2 small glasses and I woke up this morning feeling like someone smacked me in the back of the head with a pole!)

Snack:
1 pear

Water: 3.5L

Yay! I remember to have all three meals and snacks yesterday ^.^

Breaky: 2 scones and Strawberry Jam
Snack: 1/4 cup of fruit museli
Lunch: Piece of toast and a egg
Snack: 1/4 cup of fruit museli
Dinner: 2 Sausages and 2 Ryvita with vegemite

I'm proud lol and its only my second day ^.^;; yeah my food wouldn't seem as healthy as everyone elses I guess. Uni student can't really afford all those vegies and fruits stuck with taking a multi vit for now. :P But I should be going to stay with my Mum or Dad in Gladstone for a visit, seeing as its Uni hols so my diet should be able to improve more then. *Grins* You are all doing so well really neat ^.^

Hi Gold,
How is the weather in Rocky?

Me:
Breakfast: Steamed chicken with 1 slice of soy-linseed toast (no butter)
Lunch: Hee.. went out, hungry, noodle shop. Beef & crispy egg noodle
Dinner: Steamed chicken, tomatoes and iron man noodles. A bit too much in size.
Snack: 1 apple

Drank: 4 litres of water, 1 coffee with 1 tsp sugar, Said NO to McDonald chocolate thick shake.

Good on you for saying no to that thickshake FatGarfield!! Headache has all gone thanks mate and I am in Rocky and the weather today is very overcast and muggy....typical rocky forcast...possible rain, most likely will skip around us though and head to alton downs!!! LOL :P

^.^ Yeah FatGarfield, Ally's right the weather real overcast and sorta near raining today it's lovely. Heh my favourite weather I'm always so happy on these days.

I really do hope it rains today but yeah Rocky so much different from Glady normally it rains when its overcast there, while here it clears up for some reason. Maybe its cause Gladstone's by the ocean??

Yeah that could be it Gold..Rocky is surrounded by stinkin mountains!!! LOL. A lot of people reckon the power station chases them away (think they might be having a go, but you never know!!)
